When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped out within 5 business days of placing your order. We try to be as quick as possible with packing it up and sending it out so we may even send out your parcel the same day you place your order! Please note some products have longer shipping times, we have indicated on the product's pages if this is the case, this is generally due to the items being made to order or being a pre-order. Please note if you place an order with an item being one of these, we ship your entire order together when everything is available. If you want the rest of your items first, you will need to place two separate orders.

How long does delivery take?

Australia: 5-10 Working Days

New Zealand: 4-6 Working Days

Please note orders over holiday and sales periods may take longer to process and arrive.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to all areas of Australia as well as New Zealand.

What is your exchange/refund policy?

We will accept change of mind refunds/exchanges on products within 5 business days of you receiving your order - the only exception is made to order products such as Duck Feather Inserts (this is specified on the product page). Items must be in original condition, unused with any tags/labels still attached. You must email us requesting a refund before posting back your items. All items are inspected for faults before sending them out to you, however, if you do notice a fault email us at customerservice@bombora-house.com.au to discuss. Please note: Unless item is faulty, you will be liable for any return shipping costs for all change of mind refunds/exchanges, we will also not be able to refund any shipping costs you paid when placing the order.

My item has not shown up/shown up damaged, what do I do?

We send all orders with tracking so you will know where your delivery is at all times. We will not be liable if your item has been delivered but stolen, if you require signature on delivery please ensure you tick the box at checkout. If your item shows up damaged please email us at customerservice@bombora-house.com.au with photos of the damage as soon as you receive your order.

I want to know more about your rewards program

Our rewards program lets you as a customer earn points for every dollar spent with us. These points can be used to redeem discounts and other promotional specials. You can check your rewards balance by pressing the 'Check Rewards' tab on the left of the page.

An item I want is out of stock, will you be getting more in?

If you are interested in an item that is out of stock and does not have a pre-order button, you are able to request a restock using the form on the product page. If the form does not show up on the out of stock item you are wanting this means we are not restocking.
