When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped out within 5 business days of placing your order. We try to be as quick as possible with packing it up and sending it out so we may even send out your parcel the same day you place your order! Please note some products have longer shipping times, we have indicated on the product's pages if this is the case, this is generally due to the items being made to order or being a pre-order. Please note if you place an order with an item being one of these, we ship your entire order together when everything is available. If you want the rest of your items first, you will need to place two separate orders.

How long does delivery take?

We ship most things by Auspost, there usual working times are:

Australia: 5-10 Working Days

New Zealand: 4-6 Working Days

Please note orders over holiday and sales periods may take longer to process and arrive.

Furniture items are all sent by courier and they are generally delivered within a couple of business days!

If you place an order with furniture and standard products we ship the standard products together with the furniture.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver nationwide within Australia, as well as smaller parcels to NZ

What is your refund/exchange policy?

We will accept change of mind refunds/exchanges on products within 5 business days of you receiving your order - the only exception is made to order products such as Duck Feather Inserts (this is specified on the product page). Items must be in original condition, unused with any tags/labels still attached. You must email us requesting a refund before posting back your items. All items are inspected for faults before sending them out to you, however, if you do notice a fault email us at customerservice@bombora-house.com.au to discuss. Please note: Unless item is faulty, you will be liable for any return shipping costs for all change of mind refunds/exchanges, we will also not be able to refund any shipping costs you paid when placing the order, and you we will deduct a 5% restocking fee that helps us cover our costs.

My order has arrived damaged! What can I do?

We send all orders with tracking so you will know where your delivery is at all times. We will not be liable if your item has been delivered but stolen. If your item shows up damaged please email us at customerservice@bombora-house.com.au with photos of the damage as soon as you receive your order.

I really want an item, but it's out of stock! Will you be getting more in?

If you are interested in an item that is out of stock and does not have a pre-order button, you are able to request a restock using the form on the product page. If the form does not show up on the out of stock item you are wanting this means we are not restocking. 

What payment methods do you accept?
