When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped out within 5 business days of placing your order. We try to be as quick as possible with packing it up and sending it out so we may even send out your parcel the same day you place your order! Please note some products have longer shipping times, we have indicated on the product's pages if this is the case, this is generally due to the items being made to order.

How long does delivery take?

Australia: 3-4 Working Days

New Zealand: 4-6 Working Days

USA: 6-13 Working Days

Please note orders over holiday and sales periods may take longer to process and arrive.

When is Christmas delivery cut off date?

Please see the below cut off dates depending on your location within Australia:

December 7th: NT, WA, Far North QLD and remote areas of Australia

December 17th: Metro Australia

December 19th: Metro VIC

What areas do you deliver to?

We mainly deliver within Australia however we do offer rates for New Zealand and also USA, these rates can be a bit costly(we're working on it) and we're only just getting into that market so bear with us! At the moment we only offer smaller parcel shipping for USA and NZ (Under 2kg) if you'd like a quote for an order larger than this please email us at customerservice@bombora-house.com.au

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges within 5 business days of you receiving your item as long as the item is unused, not damaged in any way(unless it is a fault) and still has its original tags. Please email us before sending your parcel back with details including your name, date of order, order number and reason for your return. Customer service will reply with details on how to arrange a refund or exchange. Funds should be back into your account after a maximum of 10 business days after we receive your package back at the warehouse.

Please note that unless the item is faulty you are responsible for paying return postage fee and we may not be able to arrange a refund on your original shipping fee depending on the reason for your return.

My order has not shown up/has been damaged, what do I do?

All orders are sent with tracking, this means you are able to see if it has been delivered or when it is expected. Please note we are not liable if your parcel has been delivered but stolen, on request we can offer you signature on delivery which means only you can accept the parcel. Please let us know before we send your parcel that you would like this option. 

If your delivery arrives and it has been damaged in transit please let us know as soon as reasonably possible by sending us an email with photos of the package and the damage.

I want to know more about the rewards program.

Our rewards program lets you as a customer earn points for every dollar spent with us. These points can be used to redeem discounts and free products. You can check your rewards balance by pressing the 'Check Rewards' tab on the left of the page. Please let us know if you have any other questions or any difficulties relating to this as it is still in early development.

Do you have prints in sizes other than A3?

Please email us at customerservice@bombora-house.com.au with which print you were after and in what size. A lot of the time we are able to get smaller sizes and also larger but A3 is our most popular size so that is what we have on hand.


The item I want is out of stock, will you be getting more in?

If you are interested in an item that is out of stock and does not have a pre-order button, please email us and let us know. We may not be stocking that product any longer but it is definitely worth the ask!

Do you offer wholesale or trade discount?
