When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped via Auspost within 5 business days of placing your order. We try to be as quick as possible with packing it up and sending it out so we may even send out your parcel the same day you place your order! Please note some products have longer shipping times, we have indicated on the product's pages if this is the case, this is generally due to the items being made to order.
How long does delivery take?
As your order is coming via Auspost it generally takes 3-4 business days to receive your order. We use standard post with tracking to send your package but please let us know if you need it in a hurry before you place your order so that we can arrange an express post option as you are paying. Please also let us know if you would like signature on delivery as an option before placing your order.
What areas do you deliver to?
We only deliver Australia wide at this stage but we are hoping to expand! Please register your interest with us if you are in another country and would like to place an order.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We accept returns and exchanges within 5 business days of you receiving your item as long as the item is unused, not damaged in any way(unless it is a fault) and still has its original tags. Please email us before sending your parcel back with details including your name, date of order, order number and reason for your return. Customer service will reply with details on how to arrange a refund or exchange. Funds should be back into your account after a maximum of 10 business days after we receive your package back at the warehouse.
Please note that you are responsible for paying return postage fee and we may not be able to arrange a refund on your original shipping fee depending on the reason for your return.

My order has not shown up/has been damaged, what do i do?
All orders are sent via registered post, this means you are able to track your delivery and see if it has been delivered or when it is expected. Please note we are not liable if your parcel has been delivered but stolen, on request we can offer you signature on delivery which means only you can accept the parcel. Please let us know before we send your parcel that you would like this option.
If your delivery arrives and it has been damaged in transit please let us know as soon as reasonably possible by sending us an email with photos of the package and the damage.
I want to know more about the rewards program.
Our rewards program lets you as a customer earn points for every dollar spent with us. These points can be used to redeem discounts and free products. You can check your rewards balance by pressing the 'Check Rewards' tab on the left of the page. Please let us know if you have any other questions or any difficulties relating to this as it is still in early development.
Do you have prints in sizes other than A3?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with which print you were after and in what size. A lot of the time we are able to get smaller sizes and also larger but A3 is our most popular size so that is what we have on hand.
How do pre-orders work?
When our item is out of stock or we are getting a new item in that hasn't arrived in our warehouse yet we may offer you with the option to pre-order! This ensures you get the item you want without it selling out before you can purchase. We let you place pre-orders before our order from our supplier has been finalised, that way we can make sure to fulfil your order. We will stop taking pre-orders once we finalise our order with our supplier but please note it may take up to 15 business days for us to receive the shipment in and then we need to post it out to you! Once you place your pre-order we will keep you in the loop as to what day we are expecting it in.
The item I want is out of stock, will you be getting more in?
If you are interested in an item that is out of stock and does not have a pre-order button, please email us and let us know. We may not be stocking that product any longer but it is definitely worth the ask!
